Overview
Founded in 1955 as the College of Business at Arizona State University, the school was renamed in 1988 after receiving a landmark $10 million gift from entrepreneur William Polk Carey, later followed by an additional $50 million gift in 2003, one of the largest ever given to a business school at the time. It has grown into one of the largest AACSB-accredited business schools in the United States, consistently ranked among the top public business programs, with particular strength in supply chain management, accounting, and business analytics. The school is known for its research productivity, industry partnerships, and scale, serving tens of thousands of students across undergraduate, graduate, and executive programs.
