Founded in 1964 by the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, DeSales University is a Catholic institution rooted in the Salesian tradition of gentleness, humility, and personal attention to students. Originally established as Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales, it became DeSales University in 1998 as it expanded its graduate offerings.
