Overview
Founded in 2018, the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine was established as the state's first medical school, addressing a critical physician shortage in Idaho and the surrounding region. Located in Meridian, ICOM offers a four-year Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) program accredited by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation. As a young institution, it has quickly built partnerships with regional hospitals and clinics to provide clinical training opportunities throughout Idaho and neighboring states.
