Overview
Founded in 1891, Massachusetts Maritime Academy is one of six state maritime academies in the United States and the oldest continuously operating maritime academy in the country. Located on Cape Cod, MMA is best known for producing U.S. Coast Guard-licensed merchant marine officers, as well as graduates entering fields like marine engineering, facilities engineering, emergency management, and international maritime business.
