Overview
Founded in 1900, Stetson University College of Law is the oldest law school in Florida and one of the earliest established in the southeastern United States. It has built a national reputation for excellence in trial and appellate advocacy training, consistently ranking among the top law schools for advocacy programs. The school also has a strong tradition in legal writing and elder law, and it was among the first law schools to develop an on-campus courtroom and advocacy center dedicated to hands-on litigation training.
