Overview
Founded in 1883, the USC Roski School of Art and Design is one of the oldest art schools in the western United States and one of the founding schools of the University of Southern California. Renamed in 2007 after a major gift from Stephen and Christine Roski, the school has built a reputation for its highly selective, cohort-based MFA in Fine Arts program, which emphasizes critical theory, interdisciplinary practice, and studio production, alongside undergraduate degrees in Fine Arts, Design, and Art History.
